STRENGTH & TONING SESSIONS
Our Strength & Toning Sessions are the specifically designed to build lean muscle, get stronger and tone up like never before. With a heavy emphasis on technique, our coaches will show you exactly how to use weights properly and safely to avoid injury and get the best results in the shortest time.
WEEKLY EDUCATION & CHECK-INS
Since we're committed to your long-term success and results, we aim to educate and support you on every step of your journey. With our on-going education and check-ins you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from our experienced coaches and nutritionist. 
METABOLIC CONDITIONING SESSIONS
Our Metabolic Conditioning Sessions are essentially a fancy way of saying "fun cardio sessions!" Here at Alpha Fitness we're allergic to boring, monotonous treadmill workouts so we do things a little different here. To keep things fun and exciting, every workout is unique and designed to burn calories, body fat and boost your fitness and energy levels.
GOAL SETTING & PROGRESS TRACKING
In order to help map out the best path to reaching your goals, we get super clear on what you're looking to achieve and find out where you're at right now. Our state of the art InBody Scanner will track the changes in your body composition and our coaches will adjust your training and nutrition according to your progress.
